Breakfast Buffet


Start your day off right with a hot breakfast for healthy Santa Fe dining. The breakfast buffet offers traditional favorites, freshly prepared and reasonably priced. Made just the way you like it, come visit our Santa Fe restaurant from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on Monday through Friday, and 6:30 am to 11:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.

Castle Ranch Steakhouse

Our 14-foot kiva fireplace sets the stage for robust Santa Fe dining at the Castle Ranch Steakhouse. With its crackling fire and southwest adornment, you are sure to admire the festive ambiance and mouth-watering dishes that define Castle Ranch dining. All beef served in our Santa Fe restaurant is raised on Idaho grains, under the most rigid quality guidelines. Also prepared fresh, we offer fish, pork, chicken, soup, and salad entrees from the best available sources, ensuring the best Santa Fe dining experience. Dinner is served nightly beginning at 5:30 pm.

Room Service

For intimate Santa Fe dining, the Courtyard offers room service to enjoy a delicious meal in the privacy and comfort of your room. Our room service is available every evening from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
